Since that launch, she has helped her clients achieve actionable growth by giving them the time that they need to focus on what’s most important – growing their business. Through South Creek, Crystal has assisted her clients in everything from setting up compliant and efficient HR processes, conducting HR audits, and developing or updating employee handbooks, to training managers on how to protect their company, handling objective investigations, and providing HR advice and counsel as issues arise. Her consulting work has primarily been in the industries of agriculture, pork production, and manufacturing. Today, Crystal lives with her husband and their 3 kids on a farm just outside of Fairmont, MN, where they are involved with pork production, custom manure applications, and crop production.
