Crystal Hanson brings over 15 years of professional HR experience, including prior roles at 3M and IBM. She launched South Creek HR LLC in 2016 to provide HR services and solutions to small and mid sized businesses. Her consulting work has been mainly focused on agriculture, pork production and agriculture.
