Our Leadership Academy is a proven program that includes small groups of talented people managers meeting monthly
as peers to solve their own unique challenges while developing leadership skills. We do this with relevant, practical
content, coaching, facilitation, sharing best practices, and accountability — all directly connected to each participant’s
work situation and performance goals.
This program is targeted specifically for current managers who manage others, are performing better than average and
have the potential and drive to take his or her leadership skills to a new level. Participants are self-motivated, exhibit a
drive to constantly improve and want to continue learning. They are committed to making time for all meetings, doing the
work required and completing the entire program. They have the full support of their manager and their manager agrees
to provide feedback to the participant and attend the program’s graduation.
The location of the monthly meetings rotate between organizations participating and are held in conference rooms.
This program is facilitated by Crystal Hanson, certified leader of the Center for Executive Coaching High-Performance Coaching Academy and Founder of South Creek HR. While her HR background runs deep, her professional passions include coaching leaders, building cohesive teams, digging into the pulse of organizations and helping managers solve their own unique leadership challenges.
