After your order has been submitted, South Creek HR will contact you to obtain the names and email addresses for each person you have ordered an Everything DiSC Workplace® Profile for. Following, those individuals will receive an email with a link to complete an online assessment. The online assessment typically takes 15-20 minutes. The results of their assessment become their personalized Everything DiSC Workplace® Profile.

Combining facilitated classroom training with online pre-work and follow-up tools, you can create a personalized learning experience to help participants understand and appreciate the different priorities, preferences, and values each individual brings to the workplace, and how they can learn to adapt to the style of others.

Program Component #1: Everything DiSC Workplace® Profile
Research-validated, online assessment that is sent to each individual.
The results of an individual’s online assessment gets translated into a 20-page workplace-specific profile report.
The personalized profile helps learners explore the priorities that drive them and identifies three key strategies—based on individual DiSC profiles—for increasing their effectiveness in working with other styles.
Easily customizable. Remove or rearrange pages, customize the profile title, or print selected sections.
The profile may be used on its own or with the facilitation toolkit (sold separately, see next tab).
If you would like to get the full benefit of this powerful tool, a workshop is recommended. You have the flexibility to either facilitate a workshop in-house for your organization or bring South Creek HR in to deliver the workshop for your group.
