Our coaching process typically begins as a six month commitment;  meeting bi-weekly for the first couple of months and monthly thereafter.  Ongoing phone and email support is included during the course of the engagement.  The process includes the following elements:

  2. Individual assessments and a confidential 360-degree verbal assessment (as appropriate).
  3. Identify strategies to become more effective.
